House Policy and Legal Position Statement

Purpose
Maison Intime creates curated, invitation-only events for adults who seek aesthetic, sensual, and respectful spaces to explore presence, connection and bodily awareness. These events are designed as social, cultural, and atmospheric experiences โ€” not entry tickets to sexual services.

Legal Position
In accordance with Danish Penal Code ยง 233 on rufferi (pimping), Maison Intime does not:

  • Promote, facilitate, organize or profit from any form of sex work.

  • Employ, compensate, or incentivize anyone to provide sexual services.

  • Act as an intermediary between individuals for the purpose of sexual transactions.

  • Provide or rent physical spaces with the intent of enabling prostitution or sexual services against payment.

All guests attend voluntarily and on equal terms. The price covers the event experience as a whole, including ambiance, curation, refreshments and space rental. No individual is paid or given preferential access based on their appearance, role or sexual participation.

Consent and Behaviour
Any intimacy that may occur during events is spontaneous, mutual and grounded in enthusiastic, ongoing consent between adults. Maison Intime has a published Code of Conduct and a Consent Policy, which all participants are expected to read and agree to before entering the space.

Responsibility
Maison Intime takes no responsibility for private interactions that take place between guests, beyond the ethical framework and safety boundaries provided. Anyone who violates the consent rules, creates unsafe conditions or breaks the house agreement will be asked to leave the event immediately and loses the option of attending future events.
