Maison Intime hosts curated, invitation-only gatherings designed as social, cultural, and atmospheric experiences for adults (23+).

Our events are not access points to sexual services, and no part of our business model involves payment for sexual acts.

Legal Compliance

In accordance with Danish Penal Code §233 (Rufferi), Maison Intime does not, under any circumstances:

• Operate or assist any activity where one person receives payment or promised payment for sexual acts with another.

• Promote, organise, support or profit - directly or indirectly - from sex work.

• Act as an intermediary between individuals for paid sexual interactions.

• Provide or rent space with the intention of enabling prostitution or sexual services conducted for payment.

Maison Intime derives no financial gain from any form of sexual behaviour between guests. All income relates exclusively to the event experience - including ambiance, hosting, curation, refreshments, and venue rental.

Consent and Participation

All guests attend on equal terms and entirely voluntarily. Any intimacy that may occur is:

• spontaneous

• mutual

• never expected or assumed

• based on enthusiastic, ongoing and active verbal consent

• solely between adults who define their own boundaries

All participants must read and accept our Intime Rules and Terms of Attendance before attending a party.

Safety and Responsibility

Maison Intime cannot be held responsible for private interactions between guests beyond the ethical framework we provide. Anyone who violates consent, behaves unsafely or disregards house rules will be removed immediately and excluded from future events.
